wander的用法

1. 表示“到处走”、“流浪”等, 可用作及物或不及物动词：

The lost child was wandering (around) the street. 这个迷路的小孩在街上徘徊。

I’ve spent two years wandering (around, over, through) the world. 我用了两年时间周游世界。

2. 表示“失散”、“迷路”, 是不及物动词, 且通常与副词 off, away 连用：

Some of the sheep have wandered away. 有些羊走失了。

The child wandered off and got lost. 这个小孩走散了迷了路。

He wandered off in the forest. 他在森林中迷了路。

3. 用于比喻义，表示“(谈话)离题”或“(思想等)混乱”, 是不及物动词：

He wandered from [off] the subject. 他说得离了题。Her mind seemed to be wandering and she didn’t recognize us. 她好像精神恍惚，没有认出我们来。
